i usually stay up until 4am in the morning, sometimes it’s because i don’t feel tired and other times i’m procrastinating. Whenever i go to sleep i just lay there for hours thinking and checking my phone.  any advice on how i could make myself sleep faster, obviously checking the phone isn’t a good idea.  

I want to get more out of the day because i wake up at 2pm and then it’s dark by 4pm wtf :/
